We’re kicking off the new year in style, in the form of a brand new track from Friends Of Foes. “Faults” is the title track from their upcoming EP, which drops on February 12th and is now up for pre-order–and in case you missed it, you can dive behind the scenes of the recording process here! FOF bassist Matt Stinn says of the new release:

“‘Faults’ is a pretty personal song lyric-wise for [vocalist] Celeste and we really wanted the video to capture that same kind of vulnerability and emotion without closing it off to the listener connection through their own interpretation. Through a series of chats with Morgan Carter (the videographer behind the film) and our co-manger Sydney, we developed the concept and slowly pieced together what we wanted as key elements. I think the track ‘Faults’ is a great summation of FOF’s new sound on our latest EP really shows growth in the band while still maintaining a familiar feeling to the music our fan-base have grown to expect and associate with us.”
The new track is a haunting plethora of intricate layers, and comes with a super artsy video, so prepare to get weird and check it out below!
