Great Stuff You Missed – April 10th Round Up

It’s not easy to keep track with music news especially when you make yourself a busy bunny, so we check it all out regularly and make a selective list of the new stuff that you could most likely be into. That’s the great stuff you missed!

  1. Biffy Clyro drop new song / Announce new album


This is probably one of the biggest news of the week, Scottish rockers Biffy Clyro have unveiled artwork and release date for their upcoming full length album. ‘Ellipsis’ will be released on July 8th 2016 and you can check out the album cover HERE.

Biffy Clyro will be playing several european festivals over the summer and this should be interesting. In the meantime, you can listen again to their latest song.

2. Thrice return with new song Blood On The Sand

Thrice are back and we are so glad this is happening. New album  ‘To Be Everywhere Is To Be Nowhere’ will be released on May 27th, 2016.

3. Stray From The Path release song for The Ghost Inside

There is a new Stray From The Path song called Talking Tragedy that is dedicated to The Ghost Inside. The song is available for download over at band camp and all profits will go directly to TGI, so you know what to do.

We wrote this song for The Ghost Inside. Some of our best friends we’ve met while being in this band. This song is about what it was like to go through this as another fellow touring band, and how amazing it was that everyone pulled together for the band and their crew. It is only available on Bandcamp and every dollar will go to The Ghost Inside.

4. STAB release new album ‘Timekeepers’

If you fancy hardcore that is raw, there’s a new record you might want to check out, which is STAB‘s ‘Timekeepers’. The belgians have released this album on April 9th and it’s currently available on iTunes and Spotify.

5. Road To Manila release new song

The Danish are really good at ripping our hearts into pieces and Stuck is no exception. Have a listen!

6 – Immanu El launch Kickstarter campaign to release their upcoming album ‘Hibernation’

Immanu El hadn’t released anything in five years, but they have now something ready to see the light. A fourth effort, called ‘Hibernation’. They however need help to get this one out and while their story remains unknown to many of us, here’s a short video which explains things.

7. Polar unveil new track Until The Light


Polar. have released yet another music video and it is getting us even more excited for ‘No Cure, No Saviour’. The project sounds promising, so check it out! ‘No Cure, No Saviour’ is out on May 6th via Prosthetic Records. More info HERE.

8 – Napoleon announce debut full length

It was quite becoming a myth to some, but Napoleon are actually going to release that debut album and we are absolutely looking forward to it! ‘Newborn Mind’ will be released on May 26th via Basick Records and Napoleon have already a busy touring schedule in the next few weeks!

9. Modern Baseball release documentary

To set the scene for their new album ‘Holy Ghost’, which is coming out in May, Philadelphia’s Modern Baseball invite you to visit their past and present, and trust us, you’ll need a tissue or two”

10. Stop everything, letlive. have a new song out

Everything’s in the title. Good Mourning, America is taken from the album ‘If I’m The Devil…,’ available June 10th via Epitaph Records.
Don’t forget that letlive. will be playing shows in the mainland (very) soon.

11. Merge reveal  The Exit

This is the band’s first new track since their recent line up changes. The band has welcomed a new vocalist and made some slight changes in their sound, which you can all check out right here.

12. Tom Odell – Wrong Crowd

Tom Odell is finally back with some news! The singer has unleashed new track Wrong Crowd, which comes with a new music video. Odell’s upcoming album of the same name, is set to be released on June 10th, 2016.
