Great Stuff You Missed – November 11th round up


It’s not easy to keep track with music news especially when you make yourself a busy bunny, so we check it all out regularly and make a selective list of the new stuff that you could most likely be into. That’s the great stuff you missed!

1 – Call It Off – Anesthesia

Call It Off have released a brand new music video for their recent song Anesthesia. They filmed it with the help from fans and friends, it’s quite fun to watch and you should check it out!


2 – Good Charlotte return with a new song + tour in the UK

Probably one of the biggest news this week to every 2005 punk rock nostalgics is that Good Charlotte – after endless teasing – have finally announced their return, by releasing a brand new song, Makeshift Love, as well as a UK tour, with All Time Low, next february!


3 – My Iron Lung release digital EP SOS

My Iron Lung have released a wonderful EP, exclusively available in digital format and the above song, Set Of Stairs is taken from it. Listen and enjoy! (Pure Noise Records)


4 – Good Tiger – Where Are The Birds

Ever heard of Good Tiger? Maybe there’s something in their compelling sound that will remind you of something you know. The band consists in previous members of TesseracT and The Safety Fire, but of course, this isn’t a blend of the two bands at all, and Good Tiger have built here something quite unique and touching to hear. The band’s debut album ‘A Head Full Of Moonlight’ was released this week and you can watch their newest music video for Where Are The Birds above.


5 – Boston Manor stream new single ahead of EP release

Boston Manor are once again gracing our ears with this new single Gone, which is going to be featured on the band’s upcoming EP ‘Saudade’.
‘Saudade’ is set to be released on November 20th, via Pure Noise Records.


6 – Bring Me The Horizon release new music video for True Friends

Bring Me The Horizon are currently on form, topping all the charts with their recent album ‘That’s The Spirit’. Currently on a huge headliner in Europe, the band has released a brand new music video for the song True Friends, and you can watch it here.


7 – Milk Teeth debut Brickwork music video

One of the greatest news of the week is that Milk Teeth have finally unveiled the release of their debut album ‘Vile Child’! It’s set to be released on January 29th, it’s already available for pre-order and there’s a new song out, which comes with a music video!
Furthermore, in case you were wondering, Milk Teeth are fabulous live and you’ll be able to see for yourself early next year, when they’ll head out on tour with Tonight Alive in the UK and mainland Europe!


8 – Dream On Dreamer reveal Souls of Fire, ahead of new album

The Australians are back with a new record, ‘Songs of Solitude’, set to be released at the end of the week (13/11) and in the meantime, you can listen to this new song Souls of Fire. The album is available for preorder (which unlocks instantly two songs.)


9 – Diiv share new single Bent

Slightly different but equally good, Diiv have released the second single off their upcoming album ‘Is the Is Are’ (out on February 2016). It’s called Bent (Roi’s song) and you can listen to it right now!


10. Lower Than Atlantis cover Vanessa Carlton’s A Thousand Miles

Nothing better than a Lower Than Atlantis-style cover of a song we all loved singing along to a decade ago to close off this round up. Check out the band’s rendition of Vanessa Carlton’s successful song A Thousand Miles and enjoy your day!
