After a little bit of radio silence and aesthetically cryptic messages posted across social media, Twin Atlantic are back for good.

They’ve just unveiled their fourth studio album — titled ‘GLA’ in reference to their Scottish hometown of Glasgow — which is set for release on 09.09.16, and not only a new single premiered on Radio 1, No Sleep, but also part 1 of a new song called Gold Elephant : Cherry Alligator in a mysterious youtube video.

What can we expect for this album then, you ask? Well, from what we’ve heard so far, a burst of energy, a Scottish accent stronger than ever, and hopefully the band going back to their roots, both musically and hometown wise.

So not only have they returned with this piece of good news, the quatuor will also be playing Download in France and the UK, as well as intimate shows across Europe and tour dates are as follows :

10.06.16 UK, Download Festival

11.06.16 France, Download Festival

27.06.16 France, Paris @ Pop Up du Label

28.06.16 Netherlands, Amsterdam @ Paradiso Kleine Saal

30.06.16 Germany, Berlin @ Musik & Frieden

I live in Paris. My music taste is a mix of Emo, Pop/Punk,and everything in between. I want to be a journalist when I become an adult. When I’m not listening to sad bands or ranting about feminism, I do embroidery and watch Parks And Recreation.
