Great stuff you missed – March 9th round up


It’s not easy to keep track with music news especially when you make yourself a busy bunny, so we check it all out weekly and make a selective list of the new stuff that you could most likely be into.

1. Blitz Kids – Keep Swinging

‘The Good Youth’ has been released more than a year ago, but it’s still resourceful for the english pop rockers of Blitz Kids as they just unleashed a music video for the track Keep Swinging.


2. Seaway -Alberta

Mondays are always a great time to enlighten your mood, so you should definitely check out the new video from Seaway. Alberta is taken from their latest EP ‘All In My Head’ out since November 2014.


3. Elder Abuse – Rex Manning Day

And as there is no such thing as pop punk, Winnipeg’s Elder Abuse have dropped a new music video for everyone to enjoy.


4. Acoda – Whispers Like Roars

Whispers Like Roars, is the first single taken from the forthcoming album, ‘Truth Seeker’, out on March 30th at Best Before Records.


5. As It Is – Concrete (audio stream)

As It Is are already teasing us with this new single ‘Concrete’ as a foretaste of their upcoming debut album ‘Never Happy, Ever After’.


6. Set It Off – Ancient History

Set It Off are good at making entertaining videos for catchy songs and Ancient History is no exception.


7. Shields – Jordan

If you’re looking for something slightly more agressive, check out this new one from Shields (Plus, it’s available for free download!)


8. In Hearts Wake – Breakaway (+ album news)

In Hearts Wake have just revealed an interesting concept of duality and reflection between their last and upcoming release. Here’s their brand new song and video ‘Breakaway’. You should really pay closest attention to this…


9. Silverstein – Milestone

This year marks the 10 year anniversary of ‘Discovering The Waterfront’ and Silverstein still manage to surprise. Here’s Milestone, that brings some more melodic hardcore to the classic formula and they do this pretty well.
